About SST 11

IMPACT

The purpose of IMPACT is to engage programs in a continuous improvement process that relates to the Early Learning Program Guidelines. The Guidelines were revised in 2009, and now include compliance requirements, as well as performance indicators. By using the IMPACT tool, leadership teams can ensure that programs are meeting compliance requirements and advancing on performance indicators.

Who is required to use IMPACT?

• Early Childhood Education Entitlement programs, and/or
• Preschool Special Education

What to Submit FY2011

By May 6, 2011, the following documents should be completed and submitted electronically for FY 2011 to ELSR@ode.state.oh.us:

• FY2011 Cover Sheet
• FY2011 Continuous Improvement Goal Sheet
• Compliance Requirement Summary Form
• Performance Indicator Summary Form
• Written Plan for Continuous Improvement: Sections I-IV Forms A-D
