Implementation Management Monitoring (IMM) Tool

The IMM -- a major tool used at stage 3 of the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP) – is designed to support ongoing monitoring of the degree of implementation of district/school focused strategies and actions related to adult practice and student achievement. As a part of the CCIP system, the IMM is available to all organizations (i.e., districts, buildings, community schools) that use the CCIP planning tool.

For districts identified as being in improvement status under Ohio’s approved differentiated accountability model, use of the OIP – including use of the major OIP tools such as the IMM – is required. However, all districts/schools can access and use the IMM and other major tools to promote coherence, focus, alignment, and full implementation of critical work across the district. SST 11 teams are available to support districts and schools in the effective use of the OIP, including use of OIP embedded tools such as the IMM.
