The Central Ohio Achievement Gap Alliance would like to extend a heartfelt      thank you to all who participated in the seminar "Closing Achievement Gaps      in Central Ohio," held at the Educational Service Center of Franklin County on      Tuesday, December 18, 2007. We experienced a fantastic turnout, capped by      an exciting and informative panel discussion that included Dr. Ferguson,      former Ohio state senator CJ Prentiss and state superintendent of education      Susan Tave Zelman.

The Central Ohio Achievement Gap Alliance (COAGA) is a network of 48
school districts in a seven county region that are committed to working
together to enhance the achievement and well-being of all of their students.

COAGA seeks to measurably and appreciably reduce the disparities in
achievement and school engagement among all students within and among
     our collective Alliance districts.
